Summary
Total Social are working with City of Westminster Council who are looking for an experienced locum Adult's Social Worker for their Hospital Team.
Experience working in hospitals or adult social care
Strong knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding procedures
Excellent assessment, communication, and multi-agency working skills
