Summary
We are seeking an organised and forward-thinking Operations Manager to join our management
team at Citizens Advice Denbighshire. This role replaces our longstanding Project and
Performance Manager post and reflects a modernised and strategic approach to our service
delivery.
This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth running of multiple advice projects, staff supervision,
and the accurate reporting of performance metrics. You will work closely with the Chief Executive
Officer and other managers to deliver efficient, compliant, and impactful services in one of Wales’s
most socio-economically challenged regions.
