Summary

Job Title: Employer Engagement Apprentice

Faculty/Unit: Employer Engagement – Apprenticeships

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: National Minimum/Living Wage

Status: Fixed Term for a period of 18 months

Closing date: 08 July 2025

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work within our RISE Employer Engagement Team at Calderdale College. You will interact by email and telephone to clearly articulate the services of the College, manage apprentice applications, and support external employers and partners to meet all aspects of their training and development needs.
The successful candidate will show an enthusiasm for learning and development and be able to communicate the benefits of a trained and motivated workforce to Managers and Directors of businesses ranging from small, medium enterprises, to large organisations.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player, who can demonstrate a passion for customer service and be confident in speaking to a variety of people over the telephone.
You will be trained and developed in our RISE Employer Hub and work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship.
