Summary

1 day working from home, a small supportive team, and a growing business launching new products — sound good?

I’m working with a fantastic company based in Newark who are looking for TWO Customer Service Advisor to join their small team. It’s a great opportunity to be part of a small office where teamwork, personality, and a positive attitude really matter. The business is expanding and launching new products, so it’s a brilliant time to get involved and grow with them.

You'll be part of a busy customer service team handling a mix of:

• Live chat, WhatsApp, email, and inbound calls
• Order processing and bespoke product queries
• General delivery and product enquiries

Call volumes range from 50–90 per day, along with a steady flow of emails. One team member currently supports with artwork tasks, and the manager is keen to upskill the whole team so everyone can step in and support when needed – ideal if you love variety and learning new things!

The right person will be:

• Friendly, positive, and resilient
• Able to handle complaints with empathy and professionalism
• A confident communicator and great listener
• Experienced in customer service (e-commerce experience is a real bonus)
• A team player who thrives in a close-knit office

Hours & Perks:

• Monday: 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Tuesday–Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm (office-based)
• Friday: 9:00am – 3:30pm (work from home)
