We are seeking a temporary Customer Service Executive for our local client. The Customer Service Executive will deal with inbound calls, incoming emails and job tickets.
Duties include:
• Managing customers via telephone and email
• Chasing delivery Dates
• Data Entry
• Updating customers with product information and status or orders
• Administrative duties as and when required.
To be considered for the temporary Customer Service Executive Role you
• Must have previous experience within Customer Service
• Excellent communication skills
• Be proactive.
• Be a team player.
• Have a good understanding of Microsoft and CRM systems.
