You will cover the Devon & Cornwall region which currently includes: PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4, PL5, PL6, PL16, PL19, PL20, EX20 PL14, PL15, PL17, PL18, PL30, PL31, TR8
You must live within this region and be able to travel to Tavistock regularly (office address)
Hours
Flexible.
Expected to be between 15hrs to 35hrs per week.
Shifts will typically be within the hours of 9am-6pm Mon-Fri and 9am-2pm Saturday.
This will initially be a 0 hour contract. Once a routine has been established with regular clients/workload, we will be able to offer guaranteed weekly hours.

Requirements
For successful applicants a full DBS will be required
Must have a full valid driving licence and own car with business insurance
Use of your own vehicle is required
Must have eligibility to work in the UK
Age 18+ due to lone working regulations

Role
This role will include: Home Organising, Clearing Clutter (managing the removal of charity/recycling/waste materials) and occasionally supporting with AfterClear Cleaning.
Your main responsibility as a Personal Organiser is to carry out home organising services for our clients which involves helping clients to reorganise each area of their home and making recommendations for suitable storage and organising solutions.
You will be working together, on a 1-1 basis, with each client helping them to sort and clear items within their home.
You will have access to a van for clearing purposes and in such cases, will be responsible for removing rubbish and charity donations after each session, to be taken to their relevant places i.e. Waste Transfer Station or Charity Donation Centre.
Additionally, It is important that you also understand the role of Professional Cleaner as you will be required to support with cleaning services from time to time.
Home Organising
Researching suitable home organising solutions and making recommendations to the client
Reorganising furniture and other items within the home
Work together with client to maximise home living space
Documenting the process with (before and after pictures)
Clearing Clutter
Help to sort items into categories (e.g. Charity, Recycling, Waste)
Bagging up and removing agreed upon items from the property
Understanding rates and additional charge items
Taking donations to the Charity Donation Centre
Taking recycling and waste to the Waste Transfer Centre
Completing relevant paperwork for waste transfer
Support with AfterClear Cleaning
Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping of floors
Wiping walls (if required)
Cleaning surfaces and appliances
Polishing furniture
Removing rubbish
Ensuring property is respectable
Please note - we are a new business, as we grow it is likely that our services will develop and our coverage area will increase to include additional postal areas within Devon & Cornwall. It is important that you are flexible and adaptable to business changes.
We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and grow with our business with the flexibility to do additional hours to meet business demand where required.
