This role offers the chance to gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced HR environment, working alongside experienced professionals to develop and enhance MDP’s workforce. You’ll gain exposure to diverse HR functions, helping to shape employee engagement, performance management, and workforce development.
We’re looking for someone with experience in HR administration, strong organisational skills, and excellent IT proficiency, especially Microsoft Excel. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams. A background in HR systems, data analysis, or performance management processes will be advantageous.
At MDP, you’ll be joining a supportive and inclusive workplace where professional development is encouraged, and employees are empowered to bring their authentic selves to work. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that drives meaningful change and supports employees at every stage of their careers.
We have a critical purpose to ensure that our workforce is equipped to deliver our strategic objectives and build a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and high performance. This is your opportunity to be at the heart of HR operations, making a real difference in how we support and develop our organisation.
This position is of a hybrid nature, requiring the successful candidate to work 37 hours per week with an anticipated allocation of 60% at the MDP Office at RAF Wyton and 40% through remote working from home.
(Remote working within this role is something that can be discussed at interview stages or with your future line manager if you are found successful.)
