At Educato Limited, we are looking to recruit an exception SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and caring team at a school in South Manchester, supporting pupils aged 4-16 with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. This role is a full time position, and will start from September.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups with personalised learning strategies
- Helping with behaviour management, emotional regulation and building trusting relationships.
- Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to deliver a holistic support plan
- Creating safe, engaging and sensory - friendy learning spaces.

Ideal Candidates
- Hold previous experience in a learning support role, or supporting children and vulnerable adults
- Excellent communication and teamwork slills
- Previous SEN experience in desirable, however not essential
- Flexible and willing to learn
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS (child and adult workforce), satisfactory references, and full compliance with KCSIE (2024) guidance and safer recruitment standards. Overseas police checks may be required where applicable.
