proactive and customer-focused Casual Front of House Team Member to join our welcoming Ottery St Mary Leisure Centre.

About the Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of our centre, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth
operations. Please note this role will include lone working.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting and assisting customers
* Managing bookings and memberships
* Handling inquiries and resolving issues
* Supporting the front-of-house team
* Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
* Providing first aid cover for the centre
We’re looking for someone with:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A customer-first mindset
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* IT literacy and familiarity with booking systems
* A positive and proactive attitude
