Full time hours on a temporary basis
- ey Responsibilities
- Take ownership of and resolve IT support calls in line with SLAs.
- Provide on-site support across all supported sites.
- Deliver, collect, and manage end-user equipment, including office moves and hardware repairs.
- Participate in technical projects and virtual teams to implement infrastructure changes.
- Provide out-of-hours and weekend support when required.
- Accurately document technical fixes and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive call resolution records for analysis and customer feedback.
- Create and update documentation for IT processes and procedures.
