Job Overview:
We are seeking proactive and capable Maintenance Team Members to support general upkeep across our expansive farm. This hands-on role includes a variety of repair and manual labor duties essential for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our seasonal events, farm infrastructure, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performing general maintenance around the farm including fencing, path clearing, and structural repairs.
• Assisting with the construction, movement, and repair of temporary structures and props used in seasonal attractions.
• Loading, moving, and unloading items such as wheelbarrows, tools, materials, and event equipment.
• Supporting the upkeep of farm buildings and facilities (e.g., sheds, workshops, rest areas).
• Conducting regular safety checks and reporting any issues to senior maintenance staff.
• Collaborating with event and agricultural teams to ensure operational readiness.
• Following health and safety standards in all tasks undertaken.
Desirable Attributes:
• Previous experience in farm maintenance, construction, landscaping, or a similar manual labor field is desirable.
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and operate tools and materials in various outdoor environments.
• Basic repair and DIY skills (e.g., using hand tools, fixing fencing, replacing panels).
• Practical mindset with attention to detail and initiative.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible regarding working hours and duties
