Job Overview:
As a Maintenance Team Member , you will help support the physical setup, upkeep, and teardown of event infrastructure across the site. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of seasonal events, attractions, and guest areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the movement and positioning of large site items including benches, huts, fencing, and heavy props.
• Performing general site upkeep and basic maintenance tasks such as sweeping, clearing pathways, repairing minor damage, and ensuring safe access routes.
• Supporting the load-in and load-out of infrastructure before and after seasonal events.
• Reporting and addressing general wear-and-tear issues throughout the event period.
• Working alongside the operations and event build teams to respond to logistical needs promptly.
• Ensuring all manual handling and movement of heavy items is conducted in accordance with safety guidelines.
Desirable Attributes:
• Experience in site operations, event setup, or general maintenance roles.
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and operating equipment over extended periods.
• Practical mindset with a “can-do” attitude and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Familiarity with tools and basic repair methods is a bonus.
• Strong team player with good communication skills and flexibility in working hours.
