Summary
Assistant Youth Pastor – Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Youth Pastor to support and grow a dynamic youth ministry rooted in Christian values. The role involves assisting in planning and leading youth programs, events, discipleship, and outreach initiatives that foster spiritual development and community engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong calling to youth ministry and embody a Christ-like lifestyle. Ability to minister in songs will an added advantage.
Key Requirements
• Proven experience in youth leadership or ministry.
• Strong understanding of young people's challenges and a heart for mentoring.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and digital skills, including social media proficiency.
• Ability to work weekends/public holidays and pass a background check.
• Commitment to spiritual growth, outreach, and community involvement.
Responsibilities Include
• Assisting in organising Bible studies, retreats, and youth events.
• Building relationships with youths and their families.
• Supporting youth worship, counselling, and faith development.
• Collaborating with church leadership and contributing to ministry planning.
