Working Arrangement: Hybrid working, expected to come into the office for site visits for the equivalent once a week.
The role:
On behalf of a local council, we are seeking a Senior Town Planning Officer, to deal with a caseload of applications, being a mix of minors, householders and some small majors if required.
You will need to be very experienced at using UNIFORM.
This role is part-time for 22 hours per week. Days and hours to be confirmed with the line manager.
What the client is looking for:
RTPI qualified with strong local authority experience
Extensive experienced of using UNIFORM - essential
Substantial experience in town planning within a local authority setting.
Previous experience of dealing with a caseload of applications, including a mix of minors, householders and some small majors as required.
Proven ability to handle caseloads with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
