Summary
We are currently looking for an Energy Efficiency Apprentice to join Sovini Property Services, part of The Sovini Group.

This position is a Fixed Term Contract for 3 years with the opportunity to progress into a 6-month Improver at the end of the apprenticeship.
What You’ll Do:
To undertake and complete the Apprenticeship Programme which includes technical and work-based training and experience alongside technical training delivered by a training provider.
As part of our dedicated Compliance team, this is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and industry-recognised qualifications while working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to maintaining high standards of energy compliance and sustainability.
The role will support the delivery of our compliance obligations, while contributing to the organisation’s wider commitment to energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and safe energy management across all properties and operations.
You’ll receive full training and ongoing support from experienced team, alongside structured learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, gain industry-recognised qualifications, and grow within a supportive and friendly workplace.

Sovini Property Services will fund the cost of a theory and driving test as outlined on
Driving test costs - GOV.UK (first attempt only).
Half days leave for an individual to take their first theory & practical test.
Bonus - An individual incentive of £200 will be paid to every apprentice who achieves their targets (conduct, attendance, punctuality, attitude and behaviour and qualification requirements)
Apprentices can be provided with a Merseyrail Apprentice Travel Card if they use public transport to attend their place of work or college/training campus
