They are seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager to join their team and take ownership of our existing client portfolio. This is a pivotal role focused on building strong, lasting relationships with our 400+ active clients while driving account growth through strategic upselling and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all existing clients across our portfolio
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and inquiries
• Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews to ensure client satisfaction
• Understand each client's business needs and logistics challenges
• Identify upselling opportunities across our service portfolio (Same-day Delivery, Dedicated Delivery, Haulage, European Delivery)
• Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase order frequency and value
• Present additional services that align with client business objectives
• Work towards expanding our average order value
• Ensure clients continue to choose Quickline over competitors
• Address any service issues promptly and professionally
• Implement retention strategies to maintain our 90%+ retention rate
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns
• Work closely with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Provide feedback on client needs to inform service development
• Report on account performance, growth metrics, and client feedback
• Contribute to our comprehensive quality management system (ISO9001)
What We're Looking For
Essential:
• Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Track record of growing existing accounts and achieving retention targets
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and relationship building
• Ability to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities
• Professional approach with attention to detail
Desirable:
• Experience in logistics, transport, or related industry
• Knowledge of same-day delivery or freight services
• CRM system experience
• Understanding of customer success principles
