About the Role

As our Carer Payments Officer, you will support the Carer Payments Manager with providing an efficient and customer focussed service for the processing of foster carer payments, invoicing to Local Authorities and other related activity.

The Carer Payments Officer will be responsible for processing payments and invoicing for an allocated portfolio of fostering agencies.

Who are we looking for?

The Carer Payments officer will be an experienced, accurate and numerate individual with a background in processing payments within a financial control environment.

You’ll be confident using MS Office, especially Excel and have a professional, positive attitude. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, take initiative and meet tight deadlines are essential.
