FJA is recruiting on behalf of a leading utilities service provider for an experienced Project Manager.

Based primarily in Warwickshire, West Midlands you will play a key role in the project delivery team.

Project Manager responsibilities:
Promote a culture of safety and uphold high-quality standards across teams.
Implement the BMS throughout all project stages, from tender to completion.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Preserve the company’s reputation through positive partnerships with JV partners and suppliers.
Ensure sufficient trained personnel are available and aware of their responsibilities.
Plan projects, review and approve the PEP, and oversee delivery.
Prepare and approve detailed construction plans and method statements before activities begin.
Complete and retain all PEP-related records at project closure.
Report site non-conformities and estimate associated costs.
Manage all commercial aspects of projects proactively with accurate forecasts.
Apply detailed project management knowledge from conception to acceptance.
Pursue continuous professional development through networking and industry events.
Perform other duties and training as required within the role’s scope.
Project Manager requirements
Project Management experience in managing multi-disciplinary design and construction projects, ideally within the water industry
Degree or equivalent qualification in a construction, commercial, or engineering related discipline.
Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent.
Experience in project delivery
Strategic, operational, technical and management skills
Knowledge of Construction Contracts, ideally NEC and/or IChemE, with ability to negotiate and administer
Risk & Opportunity Management experience
Working knowledge of CDM and construction Health & Safety
