What Your Days Will Look Like:

✅ Leading small groups of learners with autism, ADHD, SLCN and complex needs
✅ Adapting a flexible, needs-first curriculum to each student
✅ Working closely with therapists, TAs and behaviour support teams
✅ Accessing weekly CPD in trauma-informed and communication-focused teaching
✅ Having your voice heard in shaping curriculum, planning, and progression
