Salary: £31,000 - £49,000 per annum + SEN Allowance

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
✅ Delivering a needs-led curriculum for children with autism, ADHD, speech/language barriers, and complex needs
✅ Leading small groups where your teaching makes an immediate difference
✅ Collaborating with in-house therapists, TAs, and behaviour leads
✅ Accessing regular CPD in communication strategies, trauma-informed teaching, and more
✅ Opportunities for internal promotion and ongoing mentorship
