Your Role
Reporting into the Group Procurement function, you’ll lead the Centre of Excellence and serve as the engine room for procurement transformation. From digital tools to data standards and policy governance, you’ll define how procurement works across the Group and drive measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement best-practice reporting across spend, savings, contracts, risks, and performance
- Lead the selection and rollout of digital procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, Oracle Fusion), driving automation and AI adoption
- Build and manage a Group-wide contract database to ensure compliance and improve visibility
- Ensure governance and regulatory readiness across procurement processes
- Lead Scope 3 emissions reporting and support decarbonisation initiatives
- Deliver supplier performance metrics and dashboards to inform sourcing strategy
- Own and continuously improve the Group Procurement intranet and policy portal
- Drive category strategy through analytics and insight generation
- Coach and develop team members in the Centre of Excellence

What You’ll Bring

Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in procurement operations or Centre of Excellence leadership
- Deep knowledge of procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Oracle Fusion) and digital tools
- Strong background in governance, data, compliance, and process improvement
- Track record of implementing systems and driving end-to-end change
- Confident communicator and influencer with a practical, delivery-focused mindset
