Are you a confident and experienced Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in your career? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Aston is seeking a proactive KS1 Cover Supervisor to join their team from September.

In this dynamic role, you'll support KS1 learners both in and out of the classroom, with the opportunity to lead learning in the absence of the class teacher. You'll work closely with the teaching team to deliver engaging lessons and intervention sessions that help every child thrive. This role is an excellent opportunity for anyone considering a career in teaching.

Your Role:
- Lead intervention groups to support phonics, literacy, and numeracy
- Cover KS1 classes when teachers are absent or on PPA (2-3 afternoons per week)
- Support daily classroom routines and learning activities
- Collaborate with teaching staff to monitor and assess pupil progress

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting in KS1 or a similar setting
- Confident leading groups and managing a full class independently
- Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
- A positive, reliable, and adaptable approach
