Summary
Fawkes and Reece are working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor who are absolutely thriving at the moment, with a number of secured PCSAs on major, complex developments across Central London.
A business known for delivering some of the capital's most iconic commercial and mixed-use schemes, they are now looking to appoint a number of Senior additions into the Services division of the business. Most specifically, an Electrical Lead/ Senior Building Services Manager to support the transition from pre-construction through to delivery on a major project in Central London.
Senior Building Services Manager role includes:
- Leading the electrical package on a project valued over £200m
- Involvement from early design coordination through to final delivery
- Oversight of subcontractors, technical compliance, and programme delivery
- Working within a well-established, technically strong MEP team
Package:
- Salary up to £110,000

This is ideal for someone with experience delivering major projects (high-rise or complex commercial) for a main contractor or principal contractor in a lead MEP role.
