Summary
Sales Negotiator - Harrow
A large residential developer who specialise in high specification residential developments have a brand new site selling luxury property in Harrow
Day to day duties:
- Conducting viewings around the show homes & selling off plan units
- Working within a team to ensure sales targets are met
- General upkeep of the sales & marketing suite
- Keeping up to date with competitors within the area
- Ensuring you have good knowledge of the development & its USP's
- Chasing sales leads
- Responding to enquiries
