Summary
Job Summary The Quality Improvement and Compliance Lead will play a key role in embedding continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across the practice. This position will oversee quality improvement projects, ensure compliance with NHS and CQC requirements, and develop performance reporting to improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of quality improvement (QI) projects across clinical and operational areas. Maintain compliance with CQC, NHS England, and ICB regulatory frameworks. Monitor and report on performance metrics using systems such as SystmOne, QOF, CQRS, and PCN DES dashboards. Maintain and update practice policies and protocols, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. Lead and support audits and inspections, ensuring accurate and timely evidence collection. Provide guidance and training to team members on QI methodology and compliance best practices. Prepare reports and dashboards for internal governance meetings and external regulators.
