Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Reform and Innovation Service as an Analyst. This role is initially time-limited until 31 March 2026, with the potential of being made permanent.

This is not a data analyst role! This is a chance to influence and direct change in public services across Manchester aligning with the Our Manchester Strategy to deliver better outcomes for our residents.

As part of our dynamic team, you'll be at the forefront of Manchester's ambitious public service reform programme. You’d be collaborating with services, residents, and partners to design innovative delivery models, drive transformative change, and improve outcomes for Manchester’s people. Our approach is rooted in the "Our Manchester" behaviours, trauma-informed practice, and co-production, aiming to maximise resources, unlock potential, and support collaborative work.

We also lead innovation and delivery of the Council’s Corporate Planning, Governance and Assurance arrangements, enabling the Council to continuously improve.

We pride ourselves on being an inclusive, creative, and welcoming team that values collaboration. We foster a high-trust culture and actively support personal development and career progression through various opportunities, including apprenticeships, training, coaching, conferences, networking, volunteering, and more.
