Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will have:
• A good degree and QTS
• A NASENCO qualification or NPQSEN or willingness to complete the NPQSEN
• Proven record of outstanding results and raising standards
• Outstanding skills as a classroom teacher
• At least 3 years’ experience in Middle Leadership or aspiring for leadership
• Ability to be reflective and driven towards self-improvement
• A commitment to the ethos of the school and the Trust
