Summary
1. Establish performance objectives, oversee the customer service staff, and guarantee excellent service delivery standards;
2. Resolve escalated issues, manage intricate client complaints, and uphold customer satisfaction;
3. Create and carry out policies, processes, and training initiatives pertaining to customer service;
4. Examine service data, keep an eye on client comments, and update top management on performance;
5. Work together with different divisions to enhance the general customer experience and further corporate goals.
