Summary
1.Answer consumer questions by phone, email, or in person, offering precise details and support;
2.Address grievances, handle exchanges or refunds, and guarantee client pleasure in accordance with shop regulations;
3.Keep track of client information, respond to inquiries, and escalate problems as needed;
4.Encourage marketing initiatives by educating consumers about deals, goods, and services;
5.Work together with the operations and sales teams to provide seamless client service.
