Are you an experienced Payroll Specialist looking to thrive in a supportive, award-winning, and people-focused environment?

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be at the heart of ensuring accurate and efficient payroll and pension processes for a diverse range of clients. You’ll navigate a variety of payroll cycles with precision, maintaining compliance and delivering excellent client service.

Payroll Specialist Duties:

- Manage the full payroll cycle, including annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly payrolls
- Ensure precise and timely Real Time Information (RTI) submissions and year-end processing for HMRC compliance
- Handle statutory deductions and administer employer pension schemes, maintaining strict adherence to UK payroll and pension legislation
- Cultivate strong client relationships, resolving payroll-related inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality while adhering to data protection standards

Essential:

- 2 years’ experience in a busy payroll role, ideally within a payroll bureau environment
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll processes, tax regulations, and pension auto-enrolment legislation
- A detail-oriented approach with excellent time management skills, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
- A positive team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
