An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the North Derbyshire Children’s Community Continence Service. We are a small friendly team which is the lead provider for the Countywide Continence Service who supports children and young people aged 4-19 years in the community to achieve their continence potential.

We are looking for a registered Children's Nurse who has a passion for continence and strives to make a difference to children and young people’s incontinence needs.

Applicants need to possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills whilst working independently and as part of a team. The post is for 4 days a week. Please refer to the job description and person specification for the full qualifications, skills and experience required for this post.

This role is to provide specialist clinical knowledge to support Children and Young People to reach their continence potential within community continence clinics across North Derbyshire. This will involve working independently with support/guidance from a multi-disciplinary (MDT) as required. You will be required to working collaboratively with all agencies to promote health, education and well-being of children with continence care needs.
