Summary
The opportunity has arisen for the recruitment of an Operations Administrator, working within the operations department.
The successful applicant will be reporting to the Head of Packing Operations & Engineering and will be responsible for the following key duties:
Main duties
• Management and maintenance of labour efficiency data (data entry using
Excel spread sheets).
• Carry out weekly stock checks of components, stationery and consumables
• Ensure suspended and back-order transactions are cleared daily
• Ensure zero bulk at end of batch as required
• Oversee rework production, ensuring that non-conformance paperwork is
correct and raise other associated paperwork, including rework information
packs
• Raise and receipt purchase orders for both the operations teams and
engineering teams and keep and maintain an associated tracker to monitor
expenditure across both departments
• Oversee the calibration of aerosol quality testing equipment
• Update as required, the daily production boards
Qualifications and Experience- Essential
• Experience working in a FMCG environment
• Stock management experience
• Purchase order creation and receipting
• IT skills – Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Thorough understanding of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
(e.g. X3)
• G.C.S.E. Mathematics and English, Grades A*-C (or equivalent)
• A proven record of completing tasks to deadlines.

• Capable of working on their own initiative with minimal supervision
• Team Worker with a need to get things completed to deadline
• A flexible, proactive and adaptable attitude to work in line with task demands
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Able to communicate effectively with people throughout the organisation

Conditions of employment
• 37 hour working week (07:00–15:30 Monday – Thursday, 07:00-12:00 Friday.
• Monthly Paid, Salary 25k
• Holiday allowance of 3.37 hours per completed week of service plus bank
holidays.
