The role:
Our client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Neighbourhood Officer to join a busy front-line team. You'll play a key role in tenancy and estate management—supporting tenants, managing neighbourhood issues, and working with local communities to create safe and thriving environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide visible and responsive neighbourhood management
Tackle tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour
Support tenants and signpost to relevant services
Conduct estate inspections and liaise with partner agencies
Help maintain the local environment and build community cohesion
What the client is looking for:
Previous experience in housing or neighbourhood management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Confident working independently and using IT systems
Immediate availability and flexibility
