The role:
We are seeking an Operations Support Officer to join our clients Construction Services team. You'll support the delivery of maintenance and construction projects through admin and technical assistance, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Input timesheets and process work instructions
Order materials and support job allocation
Assist Ops Managers with project delivery
Provide support on voids and capital works
Maintain accurate records and systems
What the client is looking for:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience
Experience in construction, repairs, or maintenance environments
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Flexible, team-oriented, and customer-focused
