Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We need your vision, experience, energy and drive to join our Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP). The 24 place unit is for children with Social, Communication and Language Needs (Primarily ASD).
The ARP HLTA will work alongside the ARP Lead and Teachers to establish the provision and ensure that the ARP is fully integrated resource of Willow Tree Primary School.
The successful applicant will work primarily within our ARP provision contributing to the preparation of learning programmes for pupils, to deliver interventions and to work with whole classes where the assigned teacher is not present.
You will need -
o Have the Higher Level Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent
o Experience of working with children with Language and Communication Needs including Autism.
o Experience of working 1:1 with children with SEN.
o A passion for the inclusive education for all.
