Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are recruiting now for September 2025. A fixed term 0.6 teacher to work predominantly across KS2 covering classes. Ideally, we are looking for an experienced teacher from M3 - M6 to join our team of dedicated staff and join our Year 6 Team. However, we would consider applications from more experienced teachers and ECTs who can demonstrate that they have the right skills and experience.
As a teacher at Grangehurst you will need to:
• Have high expectation for yourself and your pupils
• Have the highest standards of teaching and the ability to make learning fun and memorable
• Have a commitment to helping all our children learn the curriculum and develop into well rounded young people
• Have desire to go that extra mile and make a difference
• Have a good understanding of the national curriculum and a willingness to engage in further professional training and development
• Be open to working as part of a team to improve outcomes for all pupil
• Ideally have had experience of teaching across KS2.

With successful candidates being invited to interviews on either Thursday 3rd or Friday 4th July 2025.
