Summary
Are you a Housing Supply Officer looking to work in Enfield, North London?
Morgan Hunt's Public Sector and Government client based in Enfield, North London, is looking to recruit a Housing Supply officer to ensure the supply of TA and PRS housing meets demand and standards.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that Enfield's private rented sector meets resident's needs including emergency and temporary accommodation, procurement, allocation, and management services.
This assignment has been deemed inside of IR35.
Ideal candidate should have the ability:
- To work with the market to improve the supply of TA and PRS Housing to fulfil homelessness duties.
- To increase the number of households by efficiently securing PRS for resident needs.
- To procure PLA and PSL properties suitable for use on a temporary basis by households while more sustainable housing solutions.
- To provide advice and guidance to develop relationships with those landlords to use the accommodation.
