Y Rôl:

Rydym yn chwilio am unigolyn llawn cymhelliant a brwdfrydedd i ymuno â’n tîm ar gontract cyfnod penodol o 2 flynedd i ymgymryd ag ystod o waith gorfodi safonau a hylendid bwyd, yn ogystal ag ymchwilio i hysbysiadau o glefydau trosglwyddadwy a cheisiadau gwasanaeth.



Bydd arnoch angen sgiliau cyfathrebu rhagorol, byddwch yn gweithio’n dda fel rhan o dîm a bydd gennych brofiad o weithio mewn rôl diogelwch bwyd ac o ddelio ag amrywiaeth eang o bobl a sefyllfaoedd mewn modd proffesiynol.

Bydd angen i ymgeiswyr fod â Thystysgrif Uwch mewn Rheoli Bwyd wedi’i ddyfarnu gan Fwrdd Cofrestru Iechyd yr Amgylchedd (EHRB) neu Sefydliad Siartredig Iechyd yr Amgylchedd (CIEH) neu gymhwyster cyfatebol fel y nodir gan yr Asiantaeth Safonau Bwyd.

The Team:

The Food Safety / Health and Safety Team is a busy front line service responsible for the delivery of the food safety, communicable disease, health and safety and special procedures licensing functions.

The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team on a 2 year fixed term contract to undertake a range of food hygiene and standards enforcement work, as well as the investigation of communicable disease notifications and service requests.

You will need excellent communication skills, be a great team player and have experience of working in a food safety role and dealing with a wide range of people and situations in a professional manner.

Applicants/candidates will need to have a Higher Certificate in Food Control awarded by the Environmental Health Registration Board (EHRB) or the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH), or an equivalent qualification as specified by the Food Standards Agency.

You will need a full UK driving licence and use of a car while at work.
