Your new role
As theAccount Payable Specialist you will;
- Managing invoice queries, ensuring accurate assessment and resolution.
- Liaisingwith internal departments and external suppliers to resolve invoice queries.
- Reconcilingaccounts and debit balances to prevent payment delays.
- Investigatingand resolving blocked invoices and exceptions daily.
- Matchingsupplier statements to the GRNI report.
- Contributingto continuous improvement initiatives and supporting company-wide changeprojects.
- Providinghigh-quality customer service aligned with company values.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
- Previous experience inan end-to-end Accounts Payable position
- Previous experience working in a large businessenvironment with exposure to a high volume processing.
- Excellent attention todetail
- Previous experienceusing SAP
- Desirable Languages (French, Dutch, Italian) - this is not essential
What you'll get in return
