Inspire Education Group (IEG) is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Digital Learning Technologist to join our team. You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and reviewing cutting-edge digital learning technologies across our teaching, learning, and assessment frameworks. This exciting role focuses on:
• EdTech Development & Innovation: Championing technological innovations and evaluating emerging EdTech trends to enhance the student experience.
• Training & Professional Development: Collaborating with Quality Lead Practitioners (QLPs) to plan and deliver training and CPD events, empowering staff to effectively integrate digital technology into their practice. You'll also provide expert advice and technical support on all aspects of digital learning technology to staff and students.
• AI Integration & Support: Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI for education, designing and delivering engaging training for staff on the ethical use of AI tools, and collaborating with curriculum teams to integrate AI-powered learning resources.

What You'll Do:
• Champion the use of technological innovations to support teaching, learning and assessment.
• Plan and deliver training and CPD events to empower staff to effectively integrate digital technology into their practice.
• Provide expert advice, guidance, and technical support on all aspects of digital learning technology to staff and students.
• Support the effective use of Google Classroom and Google Workspace for Education.
• Design and deliver engaging training for staff on the effective and ethical use of AI tools and platforms.
• Develop and curate a comprehensive bank of resources, policies, guides, and training materials related to AI in education.
