Summary
Key Responsibilities Include: Delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality clinical assessments via telephone and video consultations. Providing leadership, mentorship and clinical guidance to the wider contact centre team. Assisting with triage decisions and managing workload acuity during operational shifts. Contributing to governance, quality assurance, and shared learning initiatives. Ensuring patient safety and appropriate care pathways through collaboration with other services and healthcare providers. Upholding SECAmbs commitment to safeguarding, equality, and diversity in every patient interaction. Additional Requirements: Registered GP with at least two years autonomous practice. GMC registration and inclusion on the GP Performers List. Experience in triage, urgent care, or emergency medicine settings desirable. Proficient communication skills and IT literacy essential. Willingness to work flexibly, including out-of-hours and public holidays.
