Summary
The role requires the management of a geographically dispersed team operating across a wide national footprint. They will be accountable for delivering high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused services that align with the agency’s business objectives and performance standards. This includes identifying and driving opportunities for improved value for money and consistency of service delivery.
In addition, the post holder will lead and embed change initiatives within their team, ensuring alignment with DVSA priorities. They will be responsible for handling customer and stakeholder concerns appropriately, ensuring these are addressed in line with the agency’s expectations and standards.
