Summary

Construction Site Manager
Location: Various Sites (must be prepared to travel as required)
About the Role:
Gallaway Construction is looking for a skilled and motivated Construction Site Manager to take the lead on a diverse portfolio of projects, from complex refurbishments to innovative new builds across multiple sectors. As a crucial part of our team, you will report directly to the Construction Manager and assume full responsibility for site operations. Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time, to the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
We are proud to embed social value, sustainable construction practices, and ISO-accredited management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001) into every build. You’ll join a company that is not only committed to excellence but also to the training, development, and career progression of its team.
This is more than a traditional Site Manager role. At Gallaway, we are committed to making a positive impact on the communities we work in and minimising our environmental footprint. We seek leaders who align with our values and actively contribute to building a more sustainable, inclusive future.

• Planning & Resource Coordination: Develop and manage site-specific programmes; oversee procurement and stock control to avoid delays and minimise waste.
• Sustainable Construction Practices: Implement and monitor sustainable site operations, promoting low-carbon methods and effective waste management in line with environmental goals.
• Systems & Reporting: Utilise Procore and internal systems to manage site data, update programmes, ensure document control, and maintain compliance records.
