Summary

The College of Engineering and Physical Sciences (EPS) is seeking to appoint an Operations Coordinator on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team focused on delivering excellent administrative support within the College. The role is full-time, offering a blend of on-campus work and some tasks that can be completed remotely.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will provide high-quality administrative support to enhance the academic and research environment for staff and postgraduate research students within the College. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will also collaborate closely with the Operations team, a supportive and friendly group where your professional development can thrive.

In this role, you will support Research Institutes, Research Centres, and Schools, assisting with daily operations, events, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will have the opportunity to use your excellent communication skills to build networks across the University, connect with key professional services departments, and liaise with staff at all levels.

The salary being offered for this role does not meet the minimum threshold required to sponsor new applicants to the Skilled Worker visa route.
