In this specialist role, you will be a qualified Electrician with experience of working on residential or commercial properties.
You will be an excellent team player, working with your colleagues to provide a range of building repair and maintenance duties. This role sits within our Housing Property Service, and we have a range of residential council houses, and public buildings to look after. The ideal candidate will therefore have good customer service skills, along with the ability to work to deadlines.
Along with other Services in the Council, our team operates an Emergency Out of Hours rota, for which staff receive a Standby Allowance, and the flexibility to participate in this is essential.
