Summary
The role involves working within a dynamic and vibrant team, handling a variety of correspondence, complex tasks and providing a valued contribution to Army staff. The successful candidate will need to be methodical and proactive in their approach with the ability to work independently. They also need the ability to deal with sensitive matters and manage the expectations of customers.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for wider insight into both the Civil Service and Armed Forces to allow personal development, both within and outside of the team.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assist in managing the administration of MODNET OFFICIAL SharePoint sites, Groups and Teams, including provisioning / issuing, resetting record labels monitoring site access requests and retrieval of accidental deletions of files/libraries
Assist in managing MODNET SECRET, monitoring group mailbox, ordering, issuing and provisioning sites, liaising with units to replace and delete Migrated MOSS sites
Monitor the Army KIM shared mailbox including additional administration assistance as required
Proofread & test updated end user and iHub Quick Reference Guides before they are published
Review and update Army KIM content on Communication Sites
