HR Strategy - Shaping the Future of Work

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and proactive HR Strategy Pay Officer to join our HR & Organisational Development (HR&OD) team.

This is a great opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive and forward-thinking team. If you’re ready to take the lead on important pay initiatives and help shape key pay policies, we’d love to hear from you.

As a HR Strategy Pay Officer, you will lead and support a range of pay-related projects that help shape the future of our workforce. You will be the go-to expert on pay policies, equal pay audits, job evaluations, and statutory reporting. Your work will ensure we stay compliant with legislation while delivering fair and consistent outcomes for our employees.

You will work closely with HR colleagues, payroll, and senior leaders to provide clear, practical advice and develop solutions that support our business goals. From reviewing market supplements to preparing an equal pay audit, your input will directly impact how we reward and recognise our staff.

We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of employment and pay legislation and a willingness to develop in this field. You should possess excellent analytical, research and communication skills. Having up-to-date knowledge of employment law, pay legislation and experience of applying this knowledge in business, will be essential.
