Summary

Are you passionate about health and fitness and looking to kick-start a career in the active leisure industry? Would you like to gain real-world experience in a gym environment while working toward a nationally recognised qualification? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re looking for a proactive and confident apprentice to join our onsite gym and fitness facility, Central Fitness, based in the heart of the college. As an Apprentice Personal Trainer, you’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of the gym, supporting users, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and contributing to a welcoming environment for both students and staff.

Your role will include preparing the facilities, carrying out initial fitness assessments, demonstrating gym equipment safely, assisting with the delivery of fitness sessions, and undertaking admin tasks. In return, you’ll gain valuable experience and receive expert training to set you up for future employment in the sport, health, and fitness sector.
