Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our Academy team as the Team Administrator. The team are committed to providing exceptional service and we are looking for someone to organise us!

You will be responsible for ensuring that the team keeps on schedule with their projects, maintaining correspondence, records and databases. You will be responsible for meeting coordination and support; training and event planning, promotions on our website and social media channels

Our ideal candidate will be organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and be able to effectively prioritise. Proficiency in MS Office products is a must together with attention to detail and the ability to coordinate.

If this sounds like you then we would love to hear from you. The role is 20 hours per week, on-site Monday to Friday and is offered initially on a 12 months contract.
