Summary
Deputy Nursery Manager
Salary: Up to £35,000
We’re working with a beautiful nursery—with a wonderful outdoor garden and a true sense of community. The nursery is now looking for a confident, experienced, and caring Deputy Nursery Manager to support the leadership team and help maintain their high standards of care and education.

What We're Looking For
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Experience as a Deputy Manager or Room Leader with leadership responsibilities
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding practices
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for early years education and child development

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Help lead and inspire the staff team, ensuring best practice throughout
- Step in as Acting Manager when required
- Promote a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children
- Foster strong, positive relationships with families and external agencies
- Assist in maintaining high standards in safeguarding, compliance, and health and safety
